大川家具ドットコムの社内英会話教室
弊社は、６月末で決算の為、７月～の新たな期に向けて何をやるかというのを
毎年６月までに社員を交えて決定します。
毎年何をやるかは、５年後どうありたいかを見つめながら、
５年後こうなっているためには来期は何をする。
というのを皆で考えています。
５年後には、弊社は世界中から大川家具ドットコムの家具に興味を持ってもらいたいと思っています。
そのためには社員が外国人とコミュニケーションを取れないといけません。
また、社員さんも英会話を学習したい意欲があります。
ということで、今期から社員みんなで英会話教室を始めようと思っています。
先程、大川市内の英会話教室を見つけて、早速アポ取りしました。
５年後には外国人と普通にコミュニケーションをとれる。
を目指します。
