自分の中でコーヒーブーム

先日、とあることを思いつき、ショールームにコーヒー機材を集め中です。

ドリッパー、サイフォン、プレス、エスプレッソマシーン、豆挽き器
あと、いろいろな産地の豆も集めました。
手でやる焙煎器も欲しいなと思っています。

ほとんど私の趣味みたいなものですが、
こういうサービスするところ無いよね？
でもあったら自分は嬉しい。
と思って、実験的にやってみようかと思っています。

自分好みのコーヒーを探すため、
勉強もしようかと、

好きこそものの上手なれが私の座右の銘です。
飽きるのも早いですが、好きになるとのめり込むので、
しばらく自分の中でコーヒーブームが続きそうです。(クラフトビールも)
